Kelly Hudnall Named Broker of the year

 

Denton, TX, February 2008 - RE/MAX of Texas is proud to announce that Kelly Hudnall of RE/MAX North Associates in Denton and Argyle, has been named Broker/Owner of the Year. In her time with RE/MAX she has successfully launched the opening of two offices and experienced 60% revenue growth. “I attribute the RE/MAX North Associates office success and growth to our quality agents and I am extremely committed to their growth and success” said Hudnall.

 

The market in Denton County was right for growth when Kelly began her RE/MAX operations just a year ago. Presently she operates two offices. North Associates 1 is located in Denton, Texas and another office is located in Argyle, Texas and is tailored to properties of larger size.  With several large corporate organizations and the home of two major universities, these North Texas offices will continue to experience solid growth.

 

Denton County is an ideal place to raise a family.  An abundance of surrounding vacant land and proposed growth to include over 45,000 new homes in the near future will provide her offices with many opportunities.
